Spare your back

Over the years through life, your back is the organ that most work to sustain the weight of the body, both when we sit down, stand up or laying down , so that health and strength of your back should always be maintained. Try if thoroughly overcome back pain by doing exercises recommended by doctors or experts physiotherapy to avoid severe injury.

Various factors that cause back pain
  • Carrying too heavy a burden  
  • Wearing tight pants or skirts 
  • Wearing sneakers are obsolete
  • Often high heels wearing
  • As a result of kidney disease, osteoporosis, m overweight and others
How to prevent back pain
  • Exercise regularly with swimming, brisk walking, gymnastics, stretching  and others
  • Keeping a good position where sitting , standing and laying 
  •  Maintain calcium intake, especially for those aged over 40 years 
  • Maintain a balanced posture, reduce excess weight
  • Limit sugar and fatty foods
